1. Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?

Yes, we can supply samples for quality check and market test.

2. What's your MOQ?

In principle 10 sets, but sample for testing can be negotiated after judgement.

Yes,  we will modify it at your requests with the technical support. We can make the bicycle according to customers' specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package

4. Can you change configuration for me?

Yes, just tell us the configurations you want, our R&D team will try to reach or offer suggestions for your reference to decide.

5. What's the delivery time?

It usually takes around 40-45 days to finish the production after receiving the deposit. Depend on materials stock status

6. What's your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated. Batch order is 30% TT in advance, sample order is 100%T/T in advance.
